Svetlana Tot (1984) has a degree in Scandinavian languages and literature (Faculty of Philology in Belgrade) and has been translating Swedish literature since 2008.
She has translated Agnes Lidbeck’s novels, as well as works by Lydia Sandgren, Stiv Sem-Sandberg, Monika Fagerholm, Johanna Holmström and Maxim Grigoriev. She has also translated notable Swedish children´s books such as Pettson and Findus, Mamma Mu, Sandvargen and Madicken. Another field of interest is contemporary Swedish poetry. She lives in Novi Sad, reads everywhere.
